As we expand into new markets, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive demand generation while managing a variety of marketing initiatives.

Role Overview
The Demand Generations Manager will play a dual role, balancing demand generation efforts with content marketing responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness. Additionally, you’ll manage content creation, oversee marketing systems, and help execute the overall strategy to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation:
    • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure proper lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff, focusing on maximizing qualified lead conversion.
    • Develop and manage demand generation strategies across digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
    • Implement multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns using Salesforce Engagement Studio
    • Build and maintain targeted contact lists for email campaigns, using segmentation to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.
    • Manage list creation, targeting, and ongoing list health, ensuring accurate audience segmentation.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, optimizing campaigns for better results.
    • Work with event marketing team to track and manage leads from events and tradeshows
  • Content Management:
    • Create content specifically aimed at lead generation, such as landing pages, email campaigns, and lead magnets.
    • Manage the production and distribution of content such as blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, social posts, and case studies.
    • Ensure all marketing content aligns with the company’s brand voice and contributes to lead generation goals.
  • Marketing Systems Management:
    • Oversee the Martech stack including email marketing tools, marketing automation, social media, and CRM integration.
    • Experience working with dev ops to implement analytics and attribution tracking for sales and marketing funnel
    • Maintain accurate data within the CRM for audience segmentation and targeted campaigns.
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS, data management, or technology company.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Salesforce Engagement Studio (Pardot) for campaign management.
    • Experience building and managing contact and mailing lists in Engagement Studio
    • Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and attribution software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, Sprout Social, social media tools).
    • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) marketing automation software (Zapier, Hubspot), and sales automation tools (Salesloft, Clay, Copy.ai, Apollo.io, Instantly)
  • Additional Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating marketing collateral that aligns with brand strategy.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize across various projects.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
